Paste your pilot logbook or upload a LogTen, ForeFlight or Excel export. Logbook Fix looks up every airline flight in historical flight records and returns tail numbers, aircraft types, ICAO codes and block times for interviews and audits. $25 per logbook. ## How it works 1. **Paste or upload.** Any format your logbook app exports, or a photo of the page. We read it and show you exactly what we found before you pay. 2. **Review.** Check the parsed legs. Anything we were unsure about is flagged for a quick fix. Totals and duplicates are set aside, not billed. 3. **Pay and fix.** We look up every leg in historical flight records back to 2011 and hand back a clean CSV and a print-ready record. ## What you get back For each airline leg: tail number (registration), aircraft type as flown, ICAO codes for both airports, actual out and in times (UTC), block time, and a status (found, ambiguous, not found) with a note explaining anything unusual. Example: logged as `01/04/2025 JBU113 MCO CUN` → `2025-01-04 JBU113 KMCO→MMUN N547JB A320 12:12Z–13:47Z 1:35`. ## When a flight doesn't match You see what the flight record shows and settle it in one click: pick the aircraft when two flew the same number that day, accept the recorded route for a diversion or return to field, or correct the entry and re-check. Re-checks are free; you pay for the first lookup only. On a real 1,900-flight career logbook, 98.7% matched automatically. ## Pricing - **Catch-up, $25 per logbook** (one time): Up to 500 flights included; $0.05 per flight after that; CSV download and print-ready record; No account needed. - **Keep current, $5 per month**: 50 new flights a month included; $0.05 per flight after that, on your monthly bill; One book, always exportable; Cancel any time. Every leg is matched on date, flight number and city pair against the historical flight record. When two aircraft flew that number that day we show both and mark the leg ambiguous rather than guess. ### What if a flight is not found? It stays in your record marked "not found" with what the flight record shows instead, and you fix it right there: pick the aircraft, accept the recorded route, or correct the date or flight number and re-check. Re-checks are free. You pay for the first lookup, not for fixing it. ### How many flights match automatically? On a real 1,900-flight career logbook, 98.7% matched with no help. The rest were returns to field, diversions, two aircraft flying the same number that day, and a couple of ferry flights that never appear in the records. Each took one click to settle. ### Where does the data come from? Historical airline flight records covering scheduled airline and most Part 135 operations back to 2011, licensed from a commercial flight-data provider. Purely private flying without a flight number cannot be looked up. ### Can my AI assistant do this for me? Yes, up to the payment. Any assistant can tidy your export into the format we read; assistants that can make web requests can get the quote, create the job and hand you the review link. You always pay in your own browser.
